NEW YORK, Dec. 21 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.1 jolted 48 km ESE of Ōhara, Japan, at 20:45:22 GMT on Thursday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10.0 km, was initially determined to be at 35.15 degrees north latitude and 140.91 degrees east longitude. ■
