Magnitude of earthquake in Hawaii revised from 5.2 to 5.3 -- GFZ

BEIJING, Dec. 5 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.3 jolted Hawaii at 0353 GMT on Tuesday, the GFZ German Research Center for Geosciences said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 10.0 km, was initially determined to be at 19.71 degrees north latitude and 155.31 degrees west longitude. ■
