VIENNA, Feb. 11 (Xinhua) -- The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) announced on Wednesday that it is maintaining its previous forecasts for global oil demand growth in 2026 and 2027.
In its February monthly oil market report, OPEC forecast a "healthy" global oil demand growth of 1.4 million barrels per day (bpd) in 2026, followed by a rise of 1.3 million bpd in 2027, figures unchanged from last month's assessment. ■
