BEIJING, Feb. 5 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.8 jolted Ryukyu Islands at 1820 GMT on Wednesday, the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10 km, was initially determined to be at 29.07 degrees north latitude and 130.41 degrees east longitude. ■
