ISLAMABAD, Jan. 10 (Xinhua) -- Pakistani Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif will embark on a two-day official visit to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) from Thursday to Friday, the Prime Minister's office said on Tuesday.
During the visit, Sharif will meet UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, with a focus on advancing trade and investment ties between the two countries and creating increased opportunities for the Pakistani workforce in UAE, the office said in a statement.
The two leaders will also exchange views on a range of regional and global issues of mutual interest, the statement added. ■
