In Shenzhen, a new smart factory is building modular homes much like cars on an assembly line.
With 80+ robots and smart machines, more than 70% of a building can be completed inside the factory -- with a fully equipped module rolling off the production line every 20 minutes.
The modules are then shipped out for on-site assembly, cutting construction time by over 60%.
