ALMATY, Sept. 15 (Xinhua) -- Kazakhstan's state oil and gas company KazMunayGas (KMG) plans to build an aviation fuel and lubricants depot with an estimated investment of 10 billion tenge (about 22.3 million U.S. dollars), the company said Tuesday.
The facility, with a storage capacity of up to 8,000 cubic meters, will be built on a 10.93-hectare plot of land in the Sauran district of the Turkestan region in the southern part of the country, KMG said.
Construction is scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2027, with about 50 jobs expected to be created once the facility is commissioned, it added. ■
