WASHINGTON, Sept. 4 (Xinhua) -- Inter Miami has secured a deal with River Plate to sign Paraguay international midfielder Matias Galarza, the MLS club said on Thursday.
The 24-year-old agreed to an initial four-month loan deal with a purchase option, Inter Miami said.
"Paraguayan talent in Miami. Welcome, Matias," Inter Miami said in a social media post.
Galarza returned to River Plate in July after a four-month spell with Atlanta.
He has been capped 19 times for Paraguay since making his international debut in 2022. ■
