BEIJING, Sept. 2 (Xinhua) -- The State Council on Wednesday announced that Liu Guiping was appointed as head of the State Administration for Market Regulation.
Pan Xiaodong was appointed as deputy head of the administration, replacing Meng Yang, according to the statement. ■
