KUWAIT CITY/TEHRAN, July 14 (Xinhua) -- The Kuwaiti army said Tuesday on social media platform X that its armed forces are "confronting hostile aerial targets within Kuwaiti airspace."
Meanwhile, Iran's semi-official Tasnim news agency reported on X explosions of U.S. projectiles near the Kish Island Power Plant in southern Iran's Hormozgan province.
Citing the Kish Water and Electricity Company, Tasnim said that technical components of the plant "sustained damage," and that "temporary, scheduled power outages will be unavoidable." ■
