FUZHOU, May 13 (Xinhua) -- An event showcasing the culture of Taiwan's ethnic minorities was held on Wednesday at the China Museum for Fujian-Taiwan Kinship in Quanzhou, east China's Fujian Province.
Representatives from Taiwan's ethnic minority communities performed songs extolling close cross-Strait ties and joined mainland ethnic minority students in traditional dance performances.
An exhibition featuring the lifestyles, folk traditions and cultural heritage of Taiwan's ethnic minorities is also being held at the museum. ■
