TEHRAN, April 13 (Xinhua) -- The spokesperson of Unified Command of Iranian Armed Forces said Monday that U.S. restrictions on vessels in international waters is "illegal and constitutes piracy."
The spokesperson added that Iran will decisively implement a permanent mechanism to control the Strait of Hormuz following U.S. threats. ■
