BEIJING, April 12 (Xinhua) -- Rafael Ratao's header gave Shanghai Shenhua a 1-0 win over defending champion Shanghai Port in the Shanghai derby, while Chengdu Rongcheng came from behind to beat Beijing Guoan 2-1 as the fifth round of the Chinese Super League (CSL) concluded on Sunday.
Shanghai Port had more possession but struggled to create clear chances and finished with fewer shots. Ratao scored with a header for the second straight match as Shenhua secured consecutive wins.
At Beijing's Workers' Stadium, Guoan took the lead early in the second half through Zhang Yuning. Chengdu responded with goals from Liao Lisheng and Wei Shihao to clinch the comeback victory.
Newly-promoted Chongqing Tonglianglong and Liaoning Tieren continued their strong starts. Chongqing raced into a 2-0 lead within 23 minutes against Wuhan Three Towns and held on for a 2-1 win to remain unbeaten after five rounds. Liaoning drew 1-1 with Qingdao West Coast to sit fifth in the standings.
Elsewhere, Dalian Yingbo whitewashed Zhejiang FC 3-0, while Shandong Taishan beat Henan FC 1-0 thanks to a 42nd-minute goal from Valeri Qazaishvili.
On Sunday, Tianjin Jinmen Tiger drew 1-1 with Qingdao Hainiu, and Yunnan Yukun edged Shenzhen Peng City 4-3. ■
