BEIJING, April 2 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 7.1 jolted Northern Molucca Sea at 2248 GMT on Wednesday, the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10 km, was initially determined to be at 1.35 degrees north latitude and 126.32 degrees east longitude. ■
