JERUSALEM/TEHRAN, March 23 (Xinhua) -- The Israeli military said Monday it had begun wide-scale strikes on Iranian infrastructure targets in Tehran.
In Iran, semi-official Mehr news agency reported that explosions rang out in Tehran early Monday morning. ■
