BEIJING, March 22 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.1 jolted Kermadec Islands, New Zealand, at 1025 GMT on Saturday, the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10.0 km, was initially determined to be at 30.38 degrees south latitude and 177.27 degrees west longitude. ■
