DUBAI, March 12 (Xinhua) -- Residents in Dubai received mobile alerts early Thursday warning of a potential missile threat and urging them to seek shelter.
The alert advised residents to immediately move to a safe place in the nearest secure building and stay away from windows, doors and open areas.
Two loud explosions were heard over parts of Dubai shortly after the alert was issued. ■
