HANOI, March 6 (Xinhua) -- Vietnam recorded nearly 64,500 newly established and resumed businesses in the first two months of this year, up 29.4 percent year on year, the National Statistics Office (NSO) announced Friday.
This translates into about 32,200 enterprises entering or re-entering the market each month, said the NSO.
Meanwhile, 77,000 businesses exited the market during the period, rising 14.9 percent from a year earlier.
Total additional registered capital injected into the economy reached nearly 851.9 trillion Vietnamese dong (about 32.48 billion U.S. dollars), marking a 20.1 percent increase from the same period in 2025. ■
