NEW DELHI, Feb. 4 (Xinhua) -- Indian security forces neutralized two terrorists in Indian-controlled Kashmir on Wednesday, confirmed the Indian Army.
The encounter between the Indian security forces and the terrorists had begun on Tuesday in the Udhampur area.
Among the slain terrorists was a top commander, added the Indian Army. ■
