KABUL, Jan. 29 (Xinhua) -- Seven members of a family were killed and another injured in eastern Afghanistan's Jalalabad city as the roof of their house caved in on Thursday, provincial police spokesman Sayed Tayeb Hemad said.
The victims included the mother and her six children, leaving the father as the sole survivor of the incident, the official added. ■
