MOSCOW, Jan. 6 (Xinhua) -- A drone fragment hit the windows of an apartment on the ninth floor of an apartment building in the Russian city of Tver, killing one person, and evacuating residents of neighboring apartments, media reports said Monday citing the region's acting Governor Vitaly Korolev.
Residents of neighboring apartments were quickly evacuated and are receiving the necessary assistance. The governor of the region has left for the scene to make further decisions. ■
