CONAKRY, Jan. 4 (Xinhua) -- Guinea's Supreme Court on Sunday evening confirmed Mamady Doumbouya's victory in the Dec. 28 presidential election, officially declaring him president. According to the court, Doumbouya secured 86.72 percent of the votes. ■
