TIANJIN, Jan. 4 (Xinhua) -- The Sky Terrace and "the Summit of Tianjin" sightseeing hall, two newly-opened observation decks in north China's Tianjin, have attracted large numbers of visitors who came for city views during the New Year's Day holiday.
