KABUL, Dec. 18 (Xinhua) -- One commuter lost his life and 10 others sustained injuries after a mini-bus turned turtle in the western Afghan province of Badghis on Thursday, provincial police spokesperson Sediqullah Sediqi said.
The official blamed reckless driving for the accident, which occurred in the Abkamari district. Among the 10 injured were women and children, some of whom are in critical condition.
This is the second such accident in two days.
A similar road accident claimed three lives and injured seven others in the northern province of Badakhshan on Wednesday. ■
