AUCKLAND, New Zealand, Nov. 23 (Xinhua) -- The "Wushu Heroes" 2025 First New Zealand International Wushu Invitational Competition opened on Saturday in Auckland.
The two-day event attracted Wushu athletes from countries including China, New Zealand, Australia, the Philippines, France, Indonesia, Nepal, and Sri Lanka.
The competition includes individual and group competitions, divided into children, youth, adult, and senior categories. A wide range of disciplines was covered, fully demonstrating the diversity and artistic depth of Chinese martial arts. ■
