The hosts made it 3-0 through Allende, who drilled a first-time effort past goalkeeper Joe Willis after Jordi Alba's cut-back.
Celta Vigo loanee Allende completed the rout in the 76th minute, lifting a shot over Willis after Messi's precise through ball.
The result gave Inter Miami a 2-1 series victory and set up an Eastern Conference last-four clash against FC Cincinnati in a single game. ■
