BEIJING, Nov. 1 (Xinhua) -- Senior Chinese political advisors on Saturday stressed the importance of thoroughly studying and implementing the guiding principles of the fourth plenary session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC).
They made the remarks at a plenary meeting of the 14th session of the Standing Committee of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) held in Beijing.

Fourteen members of the Standing Committee of the CPPCC National Committee addressed the meeting, expressing their full agreement with and resolute support for the top-level designs and strategic plans adopted by the CPC Central Committee's plenary session.
They emphasized the importance of thoroughly studying and implementing the guiding principles of the CPC Central Committee's plenary session, aligning thought and action with the CPC Central Committee's decisions and plans, and pooling strength for advancing Chinese modernization.
Held in October in Beijing, the fourth plenary session of the 20th CPC Central Committee adopted the Recommendations of the CPC Central Committee for Formulating the 15th Five-Year Plan for Economic and Social Development. ■
