Aid group accuses Sudan's paramilitary forces of "massacre" in El Fasher as UN warns of crisis

Dozens of civilians were killed in El Fasher, in western Sudan's Darfur region, after the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) claimed control of the city, as the UN warned of a worsening humanitarian crisis.
