BEIJING, Oct. 11 (Xinhua) -- A 7.6-magnitude earthquake jolted Drake Passage at 04:29 a.m. Saturday (Beijing Time), according to the China Earthquake Networks Center (CENC).
The epicenter was monitored at 60.25 degrees south latitude and 62.05 degrees west longitude. The earthquake struck at a depth of 10 km, the center said. ■
