HANOI, Oct. 7 (Xinhua) -- Vietnam's total retail sales of goods and consumer services were estimated at nearly 5.18 quadrillion Vietnamese dong (about 196 billion U.S. dollars) in the first nine months of 2025, up 9.5 percent year on year, Vietnam's National Statistics Office (NSO) reported Monday.
After excluding price factors, the increase was 7.2 percent, higher than the 5.8 percent growth recorded during the same period last year, the report said.
In September, retail sales and service revenues reached 598.7 trillion Vietnamese dong (about 22.68 billion dollars), up 11.3 percent from a year earlier, according to the NSO. ■
