HANOI, Sept. 25 (Xinhua) -- Vietnam's capital Hanoi will provide public services in residential areas and suburban regions through mobile offices and public service stations, enhancing accessibility for workers, the elderly, people with disabilities and other vulnerable groups, Vietnam News Agency reported Thursday.

The city will convert old buses and electric vehicles into mobile offices equipped with computers, printers, scanners and internet to help residents set up electronic identification accounts, submit applications online, digitize documents, make payments and check the status of their files on the spot, said the report.

Public service stations will also be installed in urban areas and major supermarkets, featuring multilingual AI assistants to support the elderly and people with disabilities.

In residential communities, the stations will be located at cultural houses, healthcare or community centers, and will operate in the evenings and on weekends with on-site support, according to the state-owned media.
