NEW DELHI, Aug. 23 (Xinhua) -- At least four people were killed and 30 others suffered burn injuries, some of them critically, after a liquified petroleum gas (LPG) tanker exploded following a road accident in the northern Indian state of Punjab, officials said Saturday.
