KIEV, Aug. 12 (Xinhua) -- Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced Tuesday on social media that Türkiye is willing to host a four-nation summit to advance the peace process in the Russia-Ukraine conflict.
The announcement followed a phone conversation on Tuesday between Zelensky and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
Erdogan confirmed his country's readiness to organize a summit of the leaders of Ukraine, the United States, Russia and Türkiye, according to Zelensky. ■
