ALMATY, July 24 (Xinhua) -- Kazakhstan's three major oil refineries processed 8.83 million tonnes of crude oil in the first six months of 2025, up 685,000 tonnes year on year, according to media reports.
Around 6.84 million tonnes of light petroleum products, including gasoline, diesel and jet fuel, were produced during the period, up 4.44 percent year on year, the press service of Kazakhstan's national oil and gas company KazMunayGas said Thursday.
It added that the overall refining depth at the three refineries reached 89.61 percent, while the yield of light petroleum products amounted to 77.53 percent. ■
