BANGKOK, July 24 (Xinhua) -- Cambodian forces had fired two BM-21 rocket weapons into a community area within Thailand's Surin province on Thursday morning, injuring three civilians, the Thai Army said on social media on Thursday.
The Thai forces immediately proceeded to evacuate the population from the area for the safety of life and property.
The Thai PBS news quoted a local official in Surin province as saying that two Cambodian shells hit a local village, resulting in two deaths and two injuries. ■
