BEIJING, July 17 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.3 jolted 101 km SSE of Sand Point, Alaska at 0430 GMT on Thursday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 32.0 km, was initially determined to be at 54.48 degrees north latitude and 159.95 degrees west longitude. ■
