HONG KONG, June 28 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 6.1 jolted 71 km ESE of Sarangani, Philippines, at on Friday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 101.6 km, was initially determined to be at 5.28 degrees north latitude and 126.10 degrees east longitude. ■
