NEW YORK, June 25 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 6.2 jolted southern Mid-Atlantic Ridge at 22:16:15 GMT on Wednesday, the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10.0 km, was initially determined to be at 35.56 degrees south latitude and 17.12 degrees west longitude. ■
