HONG KONG, June 9 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 6.0 jolted Western Indian-Antarctic Ridge at 21:15:07 GMT on Sunday, the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10.0 km, was initially determined to be at 47.83 degrees south latitude and 115.95 degrees east longitude. ■
