NEW YORK, May 28 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.8 jolted South of Mariana Islands at 2025-05-28 13:34:16 GMT on Wednesday, the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 41.3 km, was initially determined to be at 12.92 degrees north latitude and 144.94 degrees east longitude. ■
