BEIJING, May 23 (Xinhua) -- Chinese President Xi Jinping said on Friday that a sound and stable China-Germany relationship serves both countries' interest, and meets the expectations of various sectors in China and Europe.
The two countries should expand cooperation in cutting-edge fields such as artificial intelligence and quantum technology, Xi said during his phone conversation with German Chancellor Friedrich Merz. ■
