BEIJING, Sept. 21 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Premier Li Qiang urged specialized and sophisticated small and medium-sized enterprises to advance technological innovation and specialize in niche sectors, to play a bigger role in building the country's self-reliance and strength in science and technology and stabilizing the industrial and supply chains.
Li, also a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, made the remarks during an inspection tour in Beijing on Thursday. ■
